Tbh she does starvation or restricted diet.. No hate here, but any kind of diet that makes you eat lower than 1800cals a day, it's restricted (if you're adult)… Please don't do this.. It seems she eats a lot but no, when you eat lot of fruit and veggies (especially raw veggies like salad) it seems like you eat a lot but it is very low calories.. Always remember that you don't have to restrict yourself when you eat plant foods because it provides you vitamin, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants.. The more you eat the more nutrients you get.. The key is to focused on plant foods (also plant protein like seeds, nuts, avocado, legumes like beans soy and green peas) and cut or at least limit SOS (added Salt Oil Sugar, cutting salt is very important to lose water weight fast because it cause water retention in your body so you weigh more with that water mass).. I am not saying she spreads bad things but always remember when you eat clean you don't have to restrict your calories especially if you workout regularly and smartly and get very good quality of rest (the lack of sleep can prevent you from losing weight because the hormones imbalance)
I'm quite sure you've already read this somewhere bUT I started a diet a few weeks ago as well after my massive weight gain because of medicaments I take and drinking one bottle of water with a bit of apple vinegar helped me SO much!

(I'm a little late but yeeaaah we'll pretend it's ok) I'm a biology student and I looove dietetics and when I saw "kpop idol diet" in the title of the video I was prepared for the worst (because in general it's crazy-unhealthy diets) but you actually surprised me ! Your new way of eating is actually pretty good ! I really like that you eat nuts for snack because this is really the best, it's very healthy ! But raisin are not good at all you should avoid it. For the apple the reason you should not eat it at dessert is that it's not good for digestion. The best fruits to eat are actually strawberries and blueberries. You seems to always eat the same meat… do you like fish ? For example cod is low in calories and really healthy. It's nice to eat some different things sometimes. Oh, and never stop eating sweat potato or else you will have a lack of fiber intake ! 🙂

You should try intermittent fasting and keto diet at the same time :). I've been on it over a month and I have a ton of energy and I'm not getting any cravings anymore. I fast for 16-18hrs and eat between 6-8hrs. I highly recommend it than relying on carbs for energy. I also do workout too. Keto diet is 70% fat, 25% prot, 5% carb. When you first start it you'll probably get the keto flu but that goes away overtime. There is a lot of information on the net and youtube.
You can try to use MCT Oil to your drinks like coffee. MCT stands for Medium Chain-Triglycerides. They help increase your ketone levels in your blood to burn fat and also it suppresses hunger too. I use this with my black coffee and/or protein shake. MCT is made from coconuts.

I eat nothing but veggies, fruit, no bread, no gluten, junk, or sweets and I eat like one meal a day and ive been eating like this for 2 weeks..the first 3 days I lost 7 pounds but I gained 3 pounds of it back and im even biking 4 miles 3x a week…eating less than 1000 calories a day…why am I not losing alot more or look as thin as Id like? Im not losing anymore. This is frustrating lol
