Strawberry Coconut Fat Bombs

Good morning!
Welcome to my kitchen. I want to share an awesome recipe with you
today. It is called, Creamy MCT
Strawberry Coconut Bites. It’s going to help remove cravings, it’s going to help
you burn your body fat. It’s going to give you that overall sense
of well-being, that energy that we’re looking for throughout the day. And the best part is that they’re so delicious,
they’re so simple to make, and you’re going to do it in like 10 minutes! The key ingredient in all of this recipe is
our Creamy MCT. So, MCT stands for medium chain triglycerides,
and medium chain triglycerides, in this case, come from coconut. You can also get them from red palm oil, but,
what they do is they help your body to produce more of our keytones. And keytones give our brain, our entire body,
tons of energy, wellbeing, and they are what really help us to reduce that body fat. So, this is what we’re going to start with
today: We have our collagen peptides, our strawberries, our coconut flakes, coconut
butter, coconut oil, monk fruit sweetener, and we’ve got vanilla extract and our
