Hello, I’m ‘Duke in Korea’. Is it refreshing on weekend morning? Did you drink moderately? 🙂 The restaurant I visited today is a Handmade udon restaurant called KwonGaJaeMyeonSo. It is a top professional restaurant that operates only 4 hours a day. Actually, I didn’t visit this restaurant to eat Udon. First of all, I ordered Cold Udon, Soy sauce egg rice, and cider~ This is a Japanese cider called Ramune. It says Bead cider whenever I go to a Japanese restaurant, so I ordered it. You can press down on the opener on the lid like this. Huh? It doesn’t work, so I put it on the floor and press it hard~ Hit!! The blocked bead goes down and the entrance opens. The taste is common cider such as ChilSeong Cider in Korea and world-class sprite. lol~ They say the reason for the beads is to prevent them from eating in a hurry. There are radish juice, fish cake, eggs, Fresh shoots, and cold broth. Actually, I didn’t come here to eat Udon, but I ordered it because it was hot:) The key to cold noodle is tsuyu, a Japanese style of special soy sauce. First, eat eggs to protect your stomach. Yum~Yum~ I visited this restaurant because of soy sauce. This restaurant is famous for its Handmade SaNuKi Udong, but I think soy sauce is the bigger reason. I think it’s because of tsuyu. Udong stock is really delicious. Shall we eat noodles now? Sanuki Udon is a chewy and thick. I don’t really like thick Udon noodles, but… 🙂 Wow, the Handmade Udon noodles are also chewy and thick… My favorite pickled radish is also delicious. By the way… It’s too much chewy and thick… I had can complain to a restaurant. lol~ Today’s goal is not Udon, so I put up with complaining. 🙂 I was curious about it later, and I found out to active chefs that restaurants that use hot and cold noodles often make this mistake. The cold noodles needs to be boiled more… First of all, the cold noodles are finished~ That’s why I’ve been here for the first time in four years. Because of this food. These days, I had to line up for lunch on weekdays, so I didn’t think to visit for a while… I’m going to analyze this today. Let’s eat just rice. I’ve been a so rich flavor that I suspect they put butter in it. There’s no butter, and eggs are just normal. So the reason is this soy sauce, too. It’s really delicious to eat soy sauce. The reason why this restaurant is famous is because Not only noodles but also various soy sauce is made for different purposes. Add it in moderation and mix it up Take a big bite and eat it deliciously. Wow !!!!! No, it’s a little bland. 🙂 Let’s mix it up again and take a bite.It’s pretty delicious. ♥♥♥♥ Well, you might say just soy sauce egg rice, but… This special soy sauce is really amazing… Mr. Baek, a Korean culinary researcher, also emphasizes special soy sauce:) The bead cider has glass beads inside like this.
