Hi guys! Welcome to Homeremedies1976!
My name is Stan, and today we will be talking about stomach ulcers and how to
cure them naturally. The topic of today was requested by a subscriber, so here it
is, I hope it will help you cure your stomach ulcer. The first home remedy for
stomach ulcers I want to be talking about today is diet. This one seems a bit
obvious but I will mention it anyway just to stress its importance.
A good diet goes a long way in preventing and curing stomach
ulcers. Stop eating all processed food and preferably all or nearly all sugars.
Like soda for example. Whatever you eat let it be fresh produce. Find out what
diet suits you best, every human body is different and what works for one person,
does not necessarily work for other people. One body might be more
suited for vegan or vegetarian food and another body might be more suited
for some other diet. Any diet you try you should try at least for four weeks just
to give your body the chance to adapt. The next one is aloe vera juice. Aloe
vera juice is a proven therapy to heal inflamed stomach and intestinal walls
and ulcers. Be careful to only use a version of aloe vera juice which is
suited for consumption. Ideally take one ounce in the morning on an empty stomach.
The next one is blackberries. Blackberries contain powerful
anti-inflammatory compounds known as “elligatannins” to significantly reduce inflammation of the stomach’s mucosal lining. People who eat blackberries on a regular basis have an 88% reduction in ulcers. The next home remedy for stomach ulcers is Chamomile. If you enjoy a cup of
chamomile tea before bed you are in luck. Research shows that the herb chamomile
and it’s natural constituent, bisabolol, demonstrates potent anti-ulcer capacity. Extracts of German Chamomile flowers reduced stomach acid
secretion and its effects on ulcers. Make it make a cup of chamomile tea
by steeping 1 teaspoon of flowers in a cup of boiled water for at least 10 minutes.
Drink 2 to 3 times daily for maximum maximum effectiveness.
Do not use chamomile if you have a ragweed allergy as they are in the same
species of plant. The next one is Licorice Root. Studies have shown that Licorice Root accelerates the healing of ulcers. In those same studies they found that
Licorice Root was beneficial against ulcer causing Helicobacter Pylori infections.
Use daily for up to three weeks and then take a week off and repeat as necessary. Do
not use if you have high blood pressure problems.
The next one is manuka honey. According to a study published in the Asian
Pacific Journal of Tropical biomedicine, scientists found that manuka honey
demonstrated antibacterial action against 60 species of bacteria including
the Hilu Helicobacter Pylori, which is frequently involved in stomach ulcers.
The last home remedy for stomach ulcers we will be talking about today are
probiotics. Beneficial microbes like those found in fermented foods are known
as probiotics. In a recently published study researchers found that probiotic
supplementation with a strain of bacteria called “Lactobacillus Johnsonii”,
was effective at reducing Helicobacter Pylori infections in the
treatment of ulcers. Okay guys this is the end of the video. If you liked this
