Hi, very interresting talk, there was one thing i was wondering about though. You describe that the urea gradient directly affects the bacteria, is it not possible that a ph gradient from urea+urease is causing this ? As you showed also that they react to a ph gradient.
Great work! Fascinating and tenacious research. I, too, had stomach ulcers in the late eighties and benefited from antibiotic therapy. It is great to see that there will be another way to fight h. pylori in the future.
you guys are doing such a great job , keep it up, there are so many peoples in the world who are suffering with lots of problem like ulcers, gastritis, etc.. and i am one of them , cant be there some method which killed this bacteria and cure all of us 🙁
Why consuming isothiocyanates to reduce the number of bacterial colonies of h. pylori may turn out to be a better intervention than complete eradication of the species with antibiotics. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q0lBVCpq8jc&t=2580s The bizarre relationship h. pylori has with childhood asthma, where it has been shown that having some h. pylori seems to reduce asthma incidence in childhood. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q0lBVCpq8jc&t=2841s
U people dont ask the right question ok they have the answer to how it works and how to disinfect it how about telling people where aor what know food can degrade h pylori should one eat bananas for 6 months to distroy the disease what can one take a bottle of mylocks ? It good to praise a person but also it good to get a correct answer tank u
