  2. I am sure someone has pointed this out; mutton is not goat. Mutton is sheep, you know grown up lamb. Keep up the good stuff, keep learning and trying. More Sabrina!

  3. we can cook a very tender young lamb and 3 hours!! lmao only in the Philippines!! 72 hours lmao and risking his life that's also lmao hahha

  4. 1500年?这个……有点过了吧,你要说这种做法有1500年历史我可以信,但这道菜1500家族传承我觉得不信

  5. Wouldn't it be weird if the 1000 deg 72 hour soup tasted very very similar to a goat consomme which one can whip up in a matter of 2 hours with egg whites, a carrot and some celery?

  6. Besides the video the background music (in the beginning) was co😎😎😎👍👍👏👏
    Thanks for the upload

  8. I'm curious why is that hotpot dish must cooked in all those dangerous ways? Will it makes any difference if it cooked just with a stove?
Btw the owner is so kind to put the rest of the foods that can't go inside the pineapple at the plate. Indonesian seller would just keep the food for whoever knows what. Soooo stingy.

  9. Wow! this is awesome! You are a serious foodie! In your past life you had to be a great chef. You are also very respectful of traditions.

  10. this is for show only, the kitchen floor is too dry, even not any wet sign. that is a long time didn't use. fast way to make is use Fast cooker

  12. Just seems like Overkill. I'm willing to bet you could make a stew/casserole that tastes just as good and takes a few hours to cook, without the slow death added to it

  13. Such a remarkable man that dedicated his soul to cook the pot of mutton for three days. The representation of his dishes he creates is so beautiful.

  14. How does the smokey flavor get in when the soup is in a pot and sealed with clay? Why can't you use a slow cooker?

  15. oh wow you did this video 2 years ago. and now the chef even was on the Netflix show. You two just know amazing spots 🙂

  16. I really don't get the risking of life. I get the heat and the dust. I can't see how that is endangering, if he has a mask. It's like working at a ship yard for 25 years. I'm just honestly wondering.

  17. You two are to be congratulated for this amazing story. In several years of watching travel food videos, I've never seen this chef, this process, this hot pot dish. Incredible! Way to go. You have made a major contribution to this genre. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Delightful.
