with boring food and little flavor. Instead, use these tips to feed in a more varied and
healthy way, introducing new habits in your kitchen. 1. Avoid supermarket pre-cooked food. Snacks, canned, because of its high percentage
of sodium, also avoid packaged drinks and juices, because of their high sugar content. 2. Fruits and vegetables. Increase consumption of vegetables and fresh
fruits in your diet. Eat 4 to 5 a day. 3. Preserve the foods properties. Preferred cooking methods where foods properties

one of integral flour to the dough and the same with rice. 8. Replace red meat with veggies. To lighten the calories in some preparations
like hamburgers or potato cake, you can replace red meat with vegetables such as mushrooms,
diced eggplant or zucchini Italian. 9. Try to remove fat from broth or meat. This is best accomplished if you cook the
day before, then keep in the refrigerator before heating and remove the fat that has
solidified. 10. Consume natural snacks. Instead of sweets anytime you want to snack,
prefer nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seed) or dried fruit
