Hey guys,
I thought I’d upload this brief post as it something we are doing at my academy with all the members and thought it might be cool to get some of the readers on board as well – it’s all about the participation!

As a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu player or a Judoka (recreational or high level performer) I am sure at some point or most of the time you feel the stresses and strains of training.
